- Consider nap time times and schedule those accordingly. A fresh nap means happy kids!
- If it's an outdoor session, consider using sunscreen on the kids before the photoshoot. You don't want to risk them being burnt!
- Iron clothes the night before. Make sure they are free of stains and wrinkles.
- Go to bed early the night before. You will need a good night's rest to have you feeling energized the next day!

Your big day is about to arrive, and that means you are probably stressing out about how to prepare for your family photoshoot. Here are some helpful tips to prepare you:
- Drink plenty of water. Proper hydration helps with glowing skin and prevents dehydration.
- Avoid patterns in clothes. It becomes way too confusing and a little wonky. Do, however, keep a simple color palette or within the same range. Bring 2-3 outfits with you!

- A 25% retainer is required with a signed contract. Once that is received, your booking is confirmed. The remainder is due one week prior to our session together.

I will soften the face to remove temporary blemishes, acne or bruising. But I do not offer any Photoshop services that alter you or the overall image.

can I have the raw files?
How do we secure our booking with you?
Pre/Post Session Questions
No, I do not send raw files or files in any format other than .jpeg. When reviewing the final images, I will always include everything. I promise not to leave out anything I think you might love.
Ready to make it official? Great! I send over your invoice and contract via email. You review it and sign everything electronically.
We are camera shy, will that be an issue?
What do we wear for our session?
Nope! Most feel that way, so you are not alone. My approach involves the perfect blend of light prompting and giving you both the space to feel comfortable being your true self. I want to capture your genuine love.
After your booking is complete, I will send over a style guide that will help direct you on building outfits that work seamlessly with the location you decide on.
